Have led Chelan PUD during a period of sustained high financial performance, substantial debt reduction, increased capital budgets for hydropower and energy efficiency, improved safety performance, expansion of broadband network, establishment of the Hydropower Research Institute all as a result of community centered strategic plans. Have also led created and led training for: Leading Through the Power of Public Service - how commitment to a public service culture can drive high performance. Working with the consulting firm E3 established the first look at least cost approaches to carbon emissions in the Pacific Northwest leading to ground-breaking studies performed for the Public Generating Pool.
