Have also led created and led training for: Leading Through the Power of Public Service - how commitment to a public service culture can drive high performance. Working with the consulting firm E3 established the first look at least cost approaches to carbon emissions in the Pacific Northwest leading to ground-breaking studies performed for the Public Generating Pool.
